Kristen practiced as a cardiac and critical care RN in the ICU and went on to complete internships for her MSN in the emergency room at Lowell General Hospital and in Cardiac inpatient care at St Elizabeth’s Medical Center to obtain her Adult/Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Degree. In addition to opening her own clinic, she still practices in Surgical Services, optimizing patients prior to surgery for Anesthesia. Specializing in general, endocrine, and bariatric surgery, Kristen has the knowledge and dedication which recognizes that obesity is a multifactorial disease that has the ability to be treated by integrating education, diagnostics, and therapeutic modalities for overweight patients. Kristen is a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional, providing high-quality, integrated care to all her patients.  Outside of work, Kristen is a mom of three children and enjoys exercise, traveling, caring for animals, and horse back riding.
