Practice Policy
Self-Pay Practice
Our practice operates on a self-pay basis and does not bill health insurance. Patients are responsible for payment for services, laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and other services not covered by insurance. Superbills may be provided upon request.
Individualized Care
Every treatment plan is individualized based on your medical history, medications and supplements, examination findings when appropriate, laboratory results when indicated, treatment goals, current medical evidence, and the provider’s clinical judgment.
A consultation does not guarantee that a prescription, medication, laboratory order, or specific treatment will be recommended or provided. Treatment decisions are based on clinical appropriateness and patient safety.
Medications & Treatments
Certain medications and wellness treatments may be offered through ongoing treatment programs. Any applicable program or medication costs will be disclosed before enrollment.
When compounded medications are prescribed, patients will receive appropriate information and counseling regarding their use, including relevant risks and considerations.
Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing may be ordered when clinically appropriate. Patients are responsible for laboratory costs not covered by their insurance, including specialty testing and applicable out-of-pocket expenses.
Primary & Specialty Care
Our services are intended to complement, not replace, your primary care or specialty medical care. We encourage patients to maintain regular care with their healthcare providers and keep them informed of medications, supplements, hormones, and other treatments received through our practice.
Treatment Outcomes
Individual results vary, and medical and aesthetic treatments do not guarantee a particular outcome. Treatment plans may be adjusted, discontinued, or modified based on clinical findings, treatment response, and patient safety.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, and other treatments.
